Heinz Tomato Ketchup

Wilsons White Vinegar
1/4 Tablespoon
Sams Soya sauce
1/2 Tablespoon
Capsicum Diced
4 Tablespoon
Chopped Spring Onion
3 Tablespoon
Onion Diced
3 Tablespoon
Ginger Chopped
1 Tablespoon
Garlic Peeled
1 Tablespoon
Gold Winner Sunflower Oil
1 Pinch
aachi pepper powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Tata Salt
1 Pinch
bakers corn flour
1 1/2 Tablespoon
Baby Corn peeled
200 Gram

Preperation steps

  1. Wash baby corn well under running water.

  2. Cut them diagonally. Make a batter using plainflour, corn flour, salt and pepper after adding little water.

  3. Dip the babycorn and fry in hot oil until golden.

  4. Set them aside.

  5. Heat a pan with oil on a high heat, saute ginger garlic until it turns fragrant.

  6. Add onions and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Saute bell peppers as well for 2 to 3 minutes.

  7. Add soya sauce, vinger, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and sugar.

  8. Add little water and cook until the sauce thickens.

  9. Add babycorn and spring onion greens. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Baby corn manchurian is ready to serve.
