Cut fish into finger size & marinate it with lemon juice, salt, garlic cloves, green chillies, basil leaves & curry powder.
Add grated Parmesan cheese & chopped basil leaves to a plate of bread crumbs.
Dip marinated fish in maida, bread crumbs & lightly beaten eggs.
Deep fry it in hot oil.
Serve it hot with a lemon piece, garnished with basil leaves.
